Celebrating the Retirement of Dan Whipple

Congratulations to Seattle City Light’s Dan Whipple, who is stepping away from his pager and into retirement! And what better way to kick off retirement than by receiving an award for Distinguished Service from the Seattle Fire Department? While his official last day with the utility isn’t until the end of August, it sounds like he is more than ready to enjoy some well-deserved, uninterrupted family time.
