Remembering Ivan Garcia & Supporting His Loved Ones

It is with heavy hearts that we share the name of the apprentice who tragically lost his life in a workplace accident: Ivan Garcia (Card No. 8564074).

Ivan was a 7th Step Apprentice who was deeply respected by his coworkers, mentors, and all who had the opportunity to work alongside him. His passing is a profound loss to his family, friends, and the entire IBEW Local 77 community.

In response to this tragedy, a fundraiser has been established, with all funds raised going directly to Ivan’s family. We hope those who are able will join us in showing our care and solidarity for his siblings, parents, girlfriend, extended family, and coworkers during this incredibly difficult time.
